Atos Origin

In six years at Atos Origin, I grew from .NET developer, across backend and frontend, to technical architect and team lead. I worked for clients in the public and private sector, such as NS, ING, Europol, ProRail, KNMP and RIVM. Each assignment is listed separately.

The work covered back-office systems for e-ticketing at NS, an internal web shop on SharePoint at ING that replaced a paper ordering process, migrations from legacy applications to ASP.NET, and integrations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems, including a legacy AS/400 ERP. As team lead I led international teams, worked with offshore developers in India, and mentored developers.

That decade still shapes how I design integrations: for inconsistent data, unreliable networks and systems that behave differently than documented.

As a Senior Software Engineer, Lead and Architect, my responsibilities included:

• Designing integrations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with ERP and other systems
• Architecting and leading the development of an internal web shop on SharePoint
• Leading migrations from legacy applications to ASP.NET and ASP.NET MVC
• Leading international teams and coordinating offshore development
• Mentoring developers
