01
Legacy monolith holding you back? We migrate e-commerce platforms to modern headless architectures without disrupting your business. Zero downtime, incremental delivery, and customers who notice the improvements—not the construction.
RECENT: Sonic Equipment, Brenntag
02
Your critical system is showing its age, but you can't afford to replace it overnight. We refactor, optimize, and modernize while keeping the lights on. Technical debt becomes technical assets, one careful step at a time.
RECENT: Schiphol, Picnic, Electronic Arts
03
Need senior engineers who hit the ground running? We embed directly into your teams—attending stand-ups, using your tools, building actual features. Not advisors pointing from the sidelines. Engineers who ship code and mentor your team while doing it.
RECENT: eBay, ING, Nike
04
Building something new from scratch? We design and deliver scalable platforms built for growth. Multi-tenant architectures, real-time systems, event-driven backends. Modern stack, battle-tested patterns, zero shortcuts.

Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS)
NS brought me in at the start of its developer portal on Backstage and Azure. I laid the foundation within NS's security and compliance standards and built integrations with systems across NS, such as Entra ID, TeamCentraal, SharePoint and Azure.
Sonic Equipment BV
Led the gradual migration of Sonic Equipment's web shop from Optimizely Configured Commerce to a headless Next.js frontend, and, on Sonic's behalf, streamlined the collaboration with its external development partner. New features first reached the shop through a shared React component library inside the old storefront, until Next.js went live.
Brenntag
Team lead on Brenntag's global B2B e-commerce platform on Salesforce. We adapted an existing frontend to Salesforce, upgraded its stack in about six months, and simplified the architecture to a static frontend on AWS, without a big-bang rewrite.
CarNext.com
Three years on a B2C car sales platform serving 22 countries, growing from full-stack engineer to technical lead of the checkout team. I led the redesign of the checkout backend from a monolith into event-driven services on Kafka and AWS Lambda, and the integration of A/B testing and analytics.
eBay
eBay brought me in to turn around the frontend of Admarkt, its multi-tenant advertising platform for classifieds sites in four countries. I delivered a working version first, which earned the business's trust and the room to evolve the architecture from server-side to client-side rendering, page by page, without stopping the platform.
