KNMP, the Royal Dutch Pharmacists Association, moved to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, installed and configured by Atos Origin.

The data that mattered most did not live in CRM. It lived in BestMate, an ERP on AS/400, and had to reach CRM every day. As architect and technical team lead, I designed that daily synchronization and led a team of four developers who built it with ETL in SQL Server Integration Services and web services. I also supported the project manager, aligned with the client and built tools for the team.

As a Technical Team Lead, my responsibilities included:

• Designing the daily synchronization between an AS/400 ERP and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Leading a team of four developers
• Supporting the project manager and aligning with the client
• Building tools for the implementation team
