Together with Europol's internal development team, I led the migration of a legacy SharePoint application to a standalone ASP.NET MVC application. The goals were easier maintenance and deployment, better security, faster delivery of changes and lower costs.

As a Technical Solution Architect and Lead Developer, my responsibilities included:
