Crafity

In 2010 I founded Crafity together with Galina Slavova, a small software consultancy. As consultants we help clients and their teams for a period of time, strengthening them with knowledge and hands-on work.

Through Crafity I work as an independent senior engineer, technical lead or architect, for startups and large organizations such as NS, Brenntag, CarNext and eBay. Each assignment is listed separately.

In every role I stay hands-on: I build along, take ownership from design to production, and leave the client's team stronger through reviews, coaching and knowledge sharing.
