From early 2008, TNT Post wanted to give its most important customers a monthly report tailored to them. For the information management department, I wrote the plan of approach: the problem statement, the solution and a step-by-step plan to carry out the project. During the project I spoke regularly with the team that carried it out.

As a .NET Architect, my responsibilities included:

• Writing the plan of approach for customer-specific monthly reports
• Designing the solution, on SQL Server and Reporting Services, as part of the plan of approach
• Advising the team during execution
